Ownership of Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom software and deliverables created for a client are fully owned by the client upon full payment.

This includes software created with the assistance of AI tools.

The client receives full, exclusive, and perpetual rights to use, modify, sell, license, and distribute the deliverables.
